CHALLENGE

NOA|AON had vision, purpose, and a growing audience, but their online store wasn’t performing. Sales were slower than expected, and without consistent revenue, it was hard to invest in growth or bring their bigger mission to life.

Like so many self-funded brands, they were putting in the effort but not seeing the return. They didn’t have a clear picture of who they were really selling to online, what each customer was worth over time, or how to shape their strategy around that. Marketing felt like guesswork, and too often, it didn't deliver as they would have liked.

There was no system to encourage repeat purchases or introduce customers to more of the range. Every order felt like a one-time win, rather than part of something bigger. Returning customers were low, engagement was inconsistent, and the brand was stuck in a cycle of always needing new customers just to stay afloat.

Next, we worked on truly understanding their customers, who they were, and what they really valued. By defining customer lifetime value and creating clear audience segments, we gave the brand the insight it needed to stop guessing and start speaking directly to their ideal customers.

From there, we looked at how to unlock more value from every interaction. We built out strategies to encourage repeat purchases, introduced smart cross-sells, and focused on building long-term relationships, not just one-time orders.

We also helped the team put structure around their goals. With forecasting in place and the right data at their fingertips, they could finally make decisions about marketing spend, product strategy, and where to invest for the biggest return with confidence.
