Conscious Spaces came to us looking to enhance the performance of their brand across, acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Working closely with the founders and their agency, we discovered that education was going to be the key to unlocking growth for the brand.

We began by removing friction on site by streamlining the customer journey, ensuring that the customer could view products much more quickly. Adding personalization into the mix also gave relevance to the products that were being surfaced which resulted in an increase in conversion rate of 30%.

We redesigned the home page of the site to ensure that relevant products were shown to the customer much earlier in their journey. The addition of a personalized cart drawer to the site helped enhance the cross sell and upsell opportunities and has helped contribute to a 10% increase in average order value.

Segmenting the customer base based on RFM analysis generated targeted cohorts for communication. This allowed us to create specific messaging for each segment based around education, recommendations, and relevant products, based upon products they had previously purchased, as well as their overall spend with the brand.

Bringing up to date reviews on site allowed us to add social proof and relevance to the offering strengthening the brands relevance and improving confidence in every purchase.

Working with Conscious Spaces we were able to deliver an increase in overall revenue of over 160%, an uplift in conversion rate of 30%, and increased average order value by 10%.
